Rosie is committed to broadening the practice and support for evidence-based systems within the UK. Since joining the Lab, Rosie has contributed primarily to service design and innovation work, including rapid reviews of the best available evidence. This includes work with The Children’s Society and Nottingham City Council to develop the next generation of support for young people facing multiple disadvantage.
Rosie joined Dartington Service Design Lab in 2017. She holds a BSc in Psychology (Educational and Developmental) from Nottingham Trent University where she also worked as an undergraduate researcher for the School of Social Sciences. Throughout her undergraduate degree, Rosie researched the importance of bringing together parents and educators to cohesively support children throughout their development.
In her spare time, Rosie enjoys dinghy sailing, long-boarding and (with questionable taste) interior design.
