Patrick Diamond is Senior Lecturer in Public Policy at Queen Mary University of London, and co-chair of the Policy Network think tank. Patrick worked at the heart of Whitehall for over a decade as a Senior Advisor in Number 10 and the Cabinet Office, where he supported the development of key policy initiatives affecting children and young people. He holds a First-Class degree in Social and Political Sciences, and an M. Phil in Criminology from the University of Cambridge. Patrick is the author of a number of books and reports on social and public policy. He is a former Councillor in the London Borough of Southwark.
