Bespoke Systems Thinking Foundations and Systemic Change Training

This training takes place in person over one or two days with content tailored around different team compositions, specific systemic challenges or focus areas. It will include interactive activities, examples of tools for practice and spaces for discussion. The two-day variation includes more time for team-work and working through specific challenges. The course can be tailored to a smaller group of up to 14 people, or a larger group of up to 21 people.

The training will cover an introduction to core concepts of systems thinking, as well as systems thinking in practice and now to co-produce systemic change. The content and activities will be tailored to your specific area of work or a specific systemic challenge you are focusing on.

For teams within organisations or partnerships who want to advance their systems thinking together. This training is designed for anyone working with children, families and communities and can be applied across a range of systemic challenge areas, including but not limited to: early years, children’s mental health and wellbeing, child protection and children’s social care, early help and early intervention, youth violence prevention, education, employment and training, alleviation of poverty and inequality.

Smaller group (up to 14 people): £6,000 + VAT
Larger group (15-21 people): £8,000 + VAT
2 Day In-Person Training:
Smaller group (up to 14 people): £9,500 + VAT
Larger group (15-21 people): £11,500 + VAT
Costs are for the whole group and do not include venue hire or catering, which you can provide, or we can arrange at cost.
