Megan joined the lab in January 2025 and leads on our communications strategy and all of our external brand and marketing work. Megan’s focus will be on leading our communications function, helping to tell the story of Dartington and sharing the impact of our work.  

Her background is in high-profile policy, influencing and campaigning communications across a variety of disciplines. Before joining the lab, Megan worked for nearly six years leading the communications work of Scottish Women’s Aid, working to tackle domestic abuse. Prior to that she has held a number of communications and public relations roles in the public and third sectors, with work focused around youth participation, education and early years. Megan has also worked in broadcast journalism, with a specialism in programming around issues facing women and children.
